2.2.3 Which is the purpose for processing the user's personal data?

Ferro Systems processes personal data for the following purposes, considering the reason for which they have been provided:

  1. To provide the contracted goods/services, carry out the maintenance of the contractual relationship and the monitoring thereof.

  2. To contact, process, manage and respond to any of the user's requests, queries or incidences (either via email, contact form or telephone).

  3. To manage the client's purchasing process and any queries in relation to the goods/services contracted.

  • The data for the management of the relationship with the client, and the invoicing and collection of services shall be stored for as long as the agreement is in force. Once this relationship has ended, if applicable, the data may be stored for the time required by applicable legislation and until any liabilities arising from the agreement expire.
